next step?

Endoscopy #1- grade 1 esophogitis(early Feb), small hernia

Endoscopy #2 w/ Bravo- went off of Nexium, and much of the time the ph was over 7. Esophagus now looks normal.(according to gastro)I realize I'm jumping to conclusions here(results not back yet) but is a ph like that a sign of alkaline reflux and how would they treat that?same as for acid reflux?
Abdominal ultrasound, gastric emptying tests were normal.Liver function tests repeated (several time)elevated total bilirubin, alk.(everything else normal) Nausea, vomiting, heartburn, the fun never ends.

The Bravo test can't read an alkaline pH level - at least not the test that I know of. It can only read an acidic pH, so if the majority of your readings were high, it means you just weren't refluxing up near the Bravo capsule.
