I seem to have this lovely problem. If I don't eat often I get a pain under my left rib cage AND indigestion or a tightening in the chest area with gas (flatulance). All I have to do is eat to stop the above systems. I've had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy this year. They find nothing but seem to think it may be stress related. I can only go so far with this diagnosis. I'm more stressed because I have to eat all the time. I've tried not eating and the pain gets worse with the indigestion and gas. Therefore I have to make sure I eat often. It's not fun trying to think of things to eat all the time..especially something low calorie.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
