nudetude con't

are the meds Im taking constipating me (havent had a stool in a wk.)  And was normal for 3 weeks finally. Then I felt really really good, so stupid me didnt take my meds and eating fiber and a little healthier.  Went back to fast foods.  by day 3, my feet were swelling, constipation, and then the side pain (never had that before)   any clues?  see Dr immediately? just do to the constipation?
