numbness in right upper andomen while sitting

what could cause numbness in right upper abdomen while sitting,but there is no numbness while standing or sleeping?

Well is there numbness anywhere else? If not and if it is only on sitting are you sure it is numbness and not a pricking sensation in your chest? It would be difficult to diagnose your condition without a complete physical examination, so please consult a physician to get an idea as to exactly what the cause is.
