what would cause a clear jelly-like discharge from the rectom in a man?

That has been ruled out some time ago.  At this point there isnt a problem with hemmhoroids.  He is going off of the neurontin for a week to find out if there is any connection.

It could be caused by inflammed hemmorhoids, however this would probably have been seen on an exam.

No other diseases have been diagnosed.

Does he have any other diseases that could cause the discharge?

The Neurontin was prescribed for peripheral neuropathy.

What was the neurontin started for?

[47wennie]

He tells me that it just happens randomly and started about 2 weeks ago. He says there is no pain. He did start on Neurontin just before this began. We dont really know if this could be a side effect. He says he has occasional constipation but no other symptoms.
