could be gallbladder, liver, or pancreas not doing their jobs properly. If the problem on occurs when eating oily or fatty foods, just cut those out of his diet. Sometimes the body just can't digest fat. Try eating a low fat, healthy diet of fresh fruits and veggies, and things like lean meat and chicken. Also, fish like Perch, Talapia, flounder, and other low fat fish.

Its obvious that he is not digesting food properly. there is a digestive enzyme called Digest Gold that works really well, though i am not sure if it will help someone without a pancreas. Id ask doctor if adding a digestive enzyme would help or harm in this case.

Is he taking all the proper medications? Insulin, digestive enzymes, etc? Life without a pancreas means you have to be strict with the meds and take them daily
