pain after endoscopy

I had upper endoscopy done and afterward had severe chest pain and pain with swallowing went to ER and had chest xray this was 2 days ago and I am stil with slight chest pain and pain with swallowing. At the ER all my test were normal

I know nothing about this stuff but if I were you, I'd get in touch with the Doctor that did the upper endoscopy and see if they can shed some light on it.  I'm not sure if post-surgery pancreatitis could cause chest pain and I guess it depends where exactly your pain is.  

If it's really giving you grief, head back to the ER and tell them you are in a lot of pain.
