I had my gallbladder removed 3 months ago. I have pain in right side all the time. My lower back kills me. Before I had my surgery I was a runner. I cant run anymore it makes my right side hurt. My bowels are very messed up as well.

In the meantime, consider following a low fat diet especially if if you're having bouts of diarrhea. Many people find that they 'dump bile' after the surgery since they're not able to process fats the way they did before the surgery. A low fat diet may help.
