pain in lowerabdomen just below right rib

hello can some on helpp me,

for the past one month iam getting lower abdomen pain which is right side at the same time iam feeling
pain in back.this pain worsen when iam sleeping ,,i plannig to meet doctor this weekend.

Is this is a serious issue,,for which doctor could i go for?

See your PCP to send you to do some testing, could be gallbladder, liver or kidney problems. Blood work to start and if nothing shows abnormal a CT perhaps. Hope you feel better!

I'd see a GI, sounds like it could be appendix or gallbladder related.
