pain in my lower bowel area loose stool

i have had very lots of gas as well as my feces just flies out out of my rectum .there is some pain but its dull pain.most of the time my feces is fluffy but sometimes its speckly and liquidy.which sticks to the sides of the toilet bowl .i do not know what to do my doctor is not very helpful so im kinda stuck.is this a problem that can lead to cancer or do i all ready have it and my doctor does not realize it.i have made an effort to eat right and not go nuts on foods that would give me problems.so please help me im very nervous and scared.

hi, how long has this been happening? have you had tests for parasite infestaion or lactose intolerance?
