Has your doctor tested you for Lactose Intollerance.  The majority of American Indians have this problem.  My being 1/32 American Indian has caused me to have Lactose Intollerance also.  I was diagnosed more than 20 years ago when the doctors did not know as much about it.

If you are diagnosed with Lactose Intollerance, then you will be instructed to cut out any and all milk from your diet.  You will find that taking Lactaid or Dairy Ease will help.
