i have had a pain in my abdomin (abdomen) for about a year now,it feels like a burning stabbing pain, and everytime i get a pain i sweat, and i start to bleed vaginaly, the pain in my abdomen is right under the left rib and now is a slight lump and painfull to the touch it also shows a light purple color, the question i have is could this be a cancer or a tumor.
I have been to the doctor and have gotten no answers.

Have you been to a gastroenterologist? What tests have been performed? Get on this and keep on this until you get an answer. Could it be cancer? Maybe, but it's impossible to tell given your description.

Good luck.
