pain right of belly button with excess gas

I've begun experiencing a dull pain (feels present, and slightly painful when pressed) slightly to the right and upper area (2-3 inches away) from my belly button. I have a 16 year history of heavier than average drinking (average 3 drinks a night) and I wonder if it's liver, gallbladder, pancreatic, or what? Pressing down and massaging the area creates gas. Any thoughts?

You may want to consider asking your doc to do some liver and pancreatic enzyme tests to check out if there are any changes going on.
