pain/spasms in chest area w/diahrea

I started having these quick squeezing pains in my chest which last about 1-2 seconds, are mild in early morinings before I eat but get worse and more numerous after eating then are at the worst at 3pm-7pm, then stop late at night and when sleeping. This has been going for almost two months but the number can change.    I've also had diahrea for over 3 weeks and lost about 12 pounds.  EKG was normal, CT scan was normal but did show liver cyst, kidney cyst, and enlarged lymph node that hasn't changed in size for years now.  Family history of stomach hernia's and father had symptoms like mine in his 40's that went away in about two years from when they started, brother 38 has same symptoms as mine.  What on earth could cause or what can it be?  What should doctors look for?  I don't think it is heart but I will be having stress echo to rule out anything cardiac in nature.  I know about upper and low gi scopes but GI doc doesn't want to do as I have issues with vagus nerve/pacemaker 3degree av block, and the scan would have show anything obvious.  So please do some digging and let me know if you have treated others with these symptoms and what seems to work/help, what type of test where used to discover hidden issues or less heard off causes.
Thanks for reading.
