pain upper right quadrant radiates to back

I am age 56, white female, overweight, experiencing pain & burning, minor swelling, right side just under where bottom of bra fits) and it radiates to my back shoulder blade area.  In 2002 I sought medical help for this, was told reason was my gall bladder was not working properly, had it removed.  Pain persisted.  Had another scan and was told I had a hiatal hernia, not bad enough for any type of surgery.  I have lived with this since occurring once a week or so.  (Maybe unrelated, but then came acid reflux, throat scan, Prilosec 2 per day prescribed 2007. Frequent diahhrea also)  Now pain has increased to daily instead of weekly.  Not sure who to see about this or what it could be.  Appreciate any information you can provide.
