I have been used to having a regular bowel movement every morning around 6 - 6:15 am all my life, now I only have very little and it is very small, but not hard.  I suffer all the time from my lower belly, not stomach bothering me (around the lower part near the very end) just before the tigh area.  I can't harly walk sometime without servere pain in the very upper part of the thigh area near the lower stomach.  What could be the problem?
