pale looking stool

for about a week my stool was light green then pale yellow and has been this color for days some days i have stomach cramps and have to go other days nothing i have been eating yogurt

it  sounds like it maybe food related, make notes of what you are eating and drinking also supplements can cause it, it may have been a virus there seems to be many strange symptoms around now adays .

i have ate yogurt and have ate cheese dips the color is the only symptoms
