paperlike substance in stool

Hello everyone, I have been under a great deal of anxiety and stress for about a year.  I had h y pylori which was treated and I had a ton of anxiety over HIV infection which came out negative.  After and during my anxious times, my GI diagnosed me with IBS.  I had endoscopy and colonoscopy, and my GI said I'm fine, that's all he said.  HY pylori is gone.  He said I had a lot of gas and something about a little inflammation but due to gas and nothing serious.  After the treatment, probably due to excess pooping, I had anal pain and maybe fissure with blood in stool for about a month or two.  So I got another colonoscopy which showed hemorrhoids and nothing else.  For two months I was fine, I had a great deal of anxiety again and now I have blood in stool again and paper like substance around stool.  I had this before first colonoacopy.  Should I consult another GI?  Could my IBS be flaring up with anxiety?  Normal to have white paper like stuff around stool?
