partial stomach removal

My wife age 39, just had  part of her stomach  partialy removed. What info on this can any one give me ? info on what kinda diet she will have to be on will she be able to work(as of right now i dont think she will ever be able to work}if she can get a job what kind of acomodations will she probaly need? We tried to get ssi a while back for ulcers but was denied. right now she is at 85 lbs. she was at 130 lbs before she got sick.are there any websites that can hel us? thank you..

did you find a web site to explain what to do after surgery - my friend is just about to have partial stomach removal, to help loose weight, but we are all very worried about the consequences if it goes pearshaped.   have been trying to get her to loose weight naturally,but she thinks this is a quickfix ??   any info would be appreciated.

Hi, my friend has just gone through the same op for the same reason.  How is your wife now?  My friend came home from hosp to have Mothers day at home, when she woke up she collapsed and they had to call an ambulance.  She is severely dehydrated.  Please let me know how she is?
