pea-sized white balls with pus inside in stool

i have been having these pea-sized white balls in my stool.  When broken open they have pus in them. I have been to a gastroenterologist and he did a colonostopy and found olny hemorriods,  They sent the samples off and got a negative on parasites and then sent it to pathology and said it is undisgested medication.  I am always nausated and i dont believe that is all this is.  I have been on the same meds for years and about six months ago started having these symptoms.  my md that perscribes the meds said he had never heard of my meds causing these things i am passing in my stool.  i feel like something else needs to be done to correctly diagnose me, but noone is listening.   Do you have any suggestions?

I have a similar problem.  My pills also don't dissolve and none of the medications I take work at all.   I had an upper GI endoscopy, and a stool culture and everything came back negative.   I don't know what to do because my health is deteriorating as a result of my inability to absorb pills.

Which meds are you taking?

This white balls were reported after taking Metformin.

It could be clumps of bacteria or candida. In this case you'd be BLOATED.
