plapitations

by denise45, Mar 24, 2008 04:10PM
think i may have just beaten the doctors to a diagnosis(as if i was going to get one) after reading these threads, thanks everyone.
i had a bad case of palpitations at the end of september, i was admitted to hospital with a fast pulse, palpitations, and vomiting. after having an ekg and wearing a tape for 24hrs all they said was i had an abnormal heartbeat(skipping a beat then trying to pick the missed beat up) and i may never find out the cause(what a lot of help)i now think it could be caused by a hiatal hernia as i have suffered a dry cough for about 2yrs and have acid reflux(no burning just fluid or food flowing back into my mouth) and am wondering if this could have been caused by long term use of non steroid anti inflamatories. do you thik i should take a trip back to the doctors?.
