please help desperate so desperate

hi all,
I am lost and need all the help i can get as the drs at a very well known hospital and some others are not doing anything. About a yr and a half ago was my 1st episode of this all though thought to be gas im not so sure as i can pass gas before durring and no changes. i had gastric bypass 3 years ago, with nothing but issues a  terrible surgeon who did not follow up with anything and i have been very ill since my hair and teeth are falling out due to my nutrition i still dont eat after 3 yrs and have had back issue that i woke up from surgery with, the dr did nothing but shoved narcotics down my throat in which i am very dependent on the back pain and he knw he messed me up so wont saee me and makes it look like i have a drug issue in which i had never been ona a nacotic before him. well okay now on to this pain from hell. ok here it goes the pain is in my upper abdonminal feels like my chest and wraps into my back it is awfull i dont go to the bathroom normal since the bypass and have been told its constipation and been on every lax that doesn;t move my bowels for weeks and been told by the same people that said it was constipaion said my gallbladder. well heres the weird part after the initial 1st time about a yr n a half ago it lasted a few monthas and went away all summer not 1 issue come bout middle of october this year it came back it can come every other day or stay away for 2 weewks i never know but when it comes i cant take it id rather be dead its that bad. it last all day and nothing makes it better i sometimes throw up well dry heave with it and feel very bloated. please help i just had a epsisode the other day and my 3 yr old is very close to me and so is my son both of wehich are having a hard time bc ive been in the hospitaal so much trying to get answers yet nothing and want to get to the bottom of it when its away beause i can hardly even talk when its here please help me

I would also suggest that you take Ensure every day, If your nutrition is not right, if you are able to do this. I think what doubleaaaron said is a very good idea. Insist on the tests. Doctors are just human, like us, and they don't always have it right.

have u had your gb checked? sounds like pancreatitis or gb attack.
