I don't know if this will be much help, but the best person to as about your med's is your pharmacist. They can tell you all the side effects.

im so sorry you are having a hard time. i tried taking prozac but it upset my stomach. it takes a lot longer for the effects of prozac to be seen, but if you have been on it for 3 yrs, i doubt that is it (nausea). usually, reglan causes one to feel tired, like they need to take a nap. my doctor just put me on sinequan, 25 mg. am and pm. it does make me very tired, but the nausea has pretty much-vanished!! ask your psychiatrist about it if you would like. my doc wants me to take reglan again, but it always causes me to have diarrhea, so i am hesitant, plus, i am on a lot of meds, and get sleepy. also-if you are getting depressed more often, it could be that the effects of the prozac are not acting as effectively as they once did. you may want to ask your doc about changing your anti-depressant. i have to change mine about every 6 months because it stops working. hope this helps. :) take care!
