please help stomach issues.

I am 24 years old and for the past 2 years I have been suffering with severe pain in my abdomen. Mainly the pain has radiated from the center of my stomach to the rigbt undrt my ribcage. I had pains similar when I was younger but they were less frequent. The last 3 months I have not had a break for more then a couple hours. I seem to be getting worse. I have not been able to keep anything down except for 4 days in the last 3 weeks. I have lost a significant amount of weight. I have had a headache for the last 3 months that never truly goes away. I am tired all the time but can't sleep (I have always had sleeping issues but was never really this tired) the only thing I can keep down is water. I have also had diarrhea. I had a gallbladder function test done on Friday but the Dr has not gotten back to me on the results even though I have called the last 2 dayz noone has returned my calls. They had told my friend her gallbladder was fine but her Dr had told her she was borderline with hers working at 39%. I just don't know what to do.

What enzymes are you talking about?  Seeing a different doctor might be a good idea but I would not recommend going to the ER unless you have a sudden change in your problems (ex. sudden severe pain, passing out, short of breath, etc.), as the ER is not set up to treat chronic conditions.

They have done multiple ultrasounds and standard blood test. I haven't seen the Dr. In the last 3 weeks because I had a scheduled gallbladder function test and now that won't return any of my calls that i have made in the last 2 days. I am not sure if I should go to another facility or stay with this one. The only things they have done besides the gallbladder test is 2 pregnancy test and the nurse practitioner had tried to blame it on my weight. I just don't want to have to do the test again because my body broke out in hives, rash and my lips swelled from the enzymes. But then again I have been having problems with these Dr. I have informed them that I have had persistent headache for 3 months and occasionally directly below my ribcage there is a lump that becomes inflammed. I also don't know if I should go tp th ER because of not being able to eat or keep it down for so long now. Thank-you

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  What other testing have you had done?  In most cases and by most doctors, 39% is considered normal.
