please please someone reply to me

just a few weeks ago i noticed that after going to the toilet and wiping myself clean i felt a bit moist a while later and when i wiped myself again the paper was soiled so i thought i must not have wiped myself properly so i have paid quite a lot af attention to this and i have noticed it is happening quite often i am getting really upset by this could somebody please help me

You may have developed hemorrhoids and in some that have to deal with them, hemorrhoids can result in the anus not properly closing which results in seepage. If that's what's going on, treat the hemorrhoids and the situation should change.
