My 8 years old child has a "complicated problem" as I name it. She is having a problem recently, she never had this problem. She is pooping in her underwear not so much, not overall it, but a little, and she immediately goes to the bathroom and changes her underwear and tells me that feels like little cold in that moment and that she poops with no control her underwear. She feels shy for this,and I went to different doctors and everything seems to be right, I only left to sent her to gastroenterology doctor, Can you help me please what could this be, me and my beautiful girl are very worried about this. This type of soiling it not done on purpose, and is usually caused by constipation.  Stool hardens and doesn't move, causing other stool to liquify and go around it.  I highly recommend your daughter see a pediatric gastroenterologist for this.  It is very common and easily fixed.  I'm sure this is a difficult thing for your daughter to deal with, but it's not her fault, it's called "anal leakage." Make her an appt. for the Pediatric Gastro and this will get resolved quickly.  Take care...
