possible anal fissure

by jewelzz, Oct 24, 2008 07:46PM
What is recommended for an area on lateral anus that resembles hemorrhoid but has very painful red circular open area approximately 2 cm. Bright red area is hard around circumference. Hemorrhoidal creams and suppositories have not improved condition after 1 week, but has been getting worse.

Thank you for your opinion

If it has a "Bright red area is hard around circumference." it is most likely a boil and needs to be lanced.
Sorry to tell you this. Fissures, roids, etc.,...don't get like that.
that is hwy the creme isn't helping.
Go to the doc!
