possible h pylori

I have just had an endoscopy after years of burning stomach and pain. The results suggested that everything was fine with no signs of cancer or ulcers. \however there was a slight irritation on the esophogus and inflammation of the duodenum. The doctor suggested I may have h pylori. I have read about this and the symptoms do seem like mine apart from the fatigue and pains in my back and legs Has anyone else experienced other symptoms apart from nausea, pain and burning in abdomen, and belching and bloating?
