possible liver problems?

possible liver problems?

hello

i'm 20 years old, female, and well a few months ago, i started having problems with migraines, weakness and fatigue, then it progressed to diarrhoea, nausea, severe vomitting to the point that i haven't eaten anything save a few dry biscuits over the last few weeks and lost 6 kgs.
i went for a blood test and they discovered that my bilirubin was very high; with the normal levels being 0-15 and mine being 47. i waited another two weeks for another blood test and it is now 52.
my body is aching all over, not overall at once but it seems to travel, itchiness with a sensation of something crawling underneath my skin, dark urine and yellowish stools and now brown freckle-like spots appearing on my skin.
my life has just been put on hold since i'm bed ridden. i went to see the specialist who took no interest to my blood results and just tagged me with gilbert's syndrome (even though this is all a sudden occurrence) and will perform a colonoscopy and gastroenscopy on monday.

is it normal for someone to have all of these symptoms at once? the specialist seemed skeptical like i was a rare medical case and didn't even try to help recommend something for my eating issues. well i'm at a stage where i don't know if i need a second opinion. does anyone have all of these at once? does it indicate some sort of blockage of my bile duct or something more sinister?
i thought i should do some research of my own rather than wait on the doctors?
