by heartsbreakaway1, Oct 25, 2008 09:53PM
i am a 43 year old female, i had my gallbladder removed 24 years ago, and two years ago i had a "gall bladder attack" after MRCP found 6 stones and sludge, i had an ERCP with a stent, life was good again, that is until the last 2 months, i have been in the ER several times with the same complaints, upper right quad pain, with radiation into my back, it is a "gall bladder attack" !!!!!!!!! no doubt in my mind. and so two days ago i had another ERCP they removed 1 stone and sludge, im now have severe pain, "contraction like" pain my doctor has told me that there is nothing else he can do. the pain level is a 10 when it comes on, but only lasts a few seconds, it happens several times an hour. i would like any suggestions.
