promince in head of panceras

doc did ultrasound of panceras and found promince in they head of panceras. ok then they did ct scan with dye of abdomen. that showed illeus of small bowel but said it found no abnormalities of panceras ? how could one show something and other doesnt with panceras? i have had constate pain and dieraha for 3 weeks straight now and when i eat i want to vomit. and whatever i do or dont eat  or drink i have pain.and now new symtom that started today yurn is now dark yellow and very fowl smelling and when i burp is is very very fowl smelling. and i cant get no answers of what to do and doesnt seem .my medical team seems not to worry about and called me back yet. very confused and is it something to worry about.i dont have fever but i break out in cold sweats.any body out there got any answers .amalase levels normal soduim little low . and monocytes little low. i cwake uo crying at night becasue of the pain.durning the day i just deal with it.and it is geetiing very hard to do. so any suggestion i am willing to try to do away with the constat pain.getting wore out do to  lack of sleep
