prominent lymph nodes and diarrhea

I have had diarrhea on and off for about a year and a half. I'm also anemic, and I've been through many tests lately. A recent CT scan showed prominent lymph nodes in my small intestine. I've had no weight loss and have no pain. Any ideas of what might be wrong?

Jill, specially what other tests have they done? Have they checked you for celiac disease and Crohn's? Are there any medical conditions that run in your family?
