, i guess that's what you would call them. it was like being in labor & having to push. i couldn't stop pushing. i was literally pushing the intestinal
lining out of my anal cavity & it was like a flower looking thing. the pain is unbearable. i went to 25 doctors & none of them could help. i finally went to a hypnotherapist & had someone work on my energy field (went to alternative) and i was ok. it only came back several times, i would listen to the tape, and it would go away. well, my exhusband & i are now exes & i have a roommate with me. i know him very well & have for about 40 years. it started before he moved in, but the pains are becoming more frequent & more intense. muscle relaxors help sometimes - not always. a few nights ago, i was ready to check out. i can't take the pain and asked God to please make up his mind what he wants to do with me. i can be in a good mood & they still come - no matter how positive i am. sitting in a bathtub of hot water is the only thing that helps, and i cannot do that 24/7. does anyone know what to do or what kind of doctor i can see?
thank you in advance.

or life-changing or stressful events, they can get constipated, and that makes it hard to pass waste, so you push and push and nothing comes out. This straining can cause hemorrhoids, which is swollen
tissue, which is probably what you've noticed. When stress goes away and constipation goes away, hemorrhoids go away.
The main thing now is to evaluate what might be causing your current stress, do what you want with your life instead of trying to make something work that doesn't, visit a psychologist at the county mental
health clinic to talk all that through, and learn to relax...deep breathing, having creative outlets, regular exercise all help with that. The other thing is to stop the straining, which means you need to do three things to prevent constipation, which is to eat enough fiber foods, to include fresh vegetables, whole wheat or oat cereals and breads, and lots of salads, and also drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, and again exercise regularly.
In the meantime, you can buy plain KY jelly at the drugstore, put it on there after you take a bath, and it'll keep those tissues from flaring up. And you can indeed go to a gastroenterologist in your town, they know all about digestive issues, and they can help you with your symptoms.
