puss in stools??with pain? helppp

im not to sure what is going on with me, but the last couple years, i have had lower left abdominal pain,
its been hurting constantly for almost a month now.. it will stay really tender then it will swell up bad, and ill get sharrp pains! im a 21 yr female.. i have had hemorrhoids.. external.(from the birth of my son). here within this last two months.. for some reason, i can only have a bowel movment maybe once a week or sometimes once every two weeks..
ive nboticed ive been passing puss,, along with mucus... now im pass a little bit of blood with puss increasing,,
my lower left stomach stay hurting all the time.i get dizzy and sometimes light headed and pass out soemtimes... can someone please help me.. on an idea of what this is? i have tried eating more fiber foods.. its not working.. fyi..ive been hospitalized for this same very pain and all they tell me is.. my blood pressure keeps jumping from high to low,, and i have a u.t.i......

It could be Diaticlitius or IBS-Iratiable Bowel Syndrome. I have Diaticlitius. I am now on antibotics for it. I wouldn't mess around with it. Go to your Doctor as soon as you can.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  The correct spelling of what unionman80 is talking about is diverticulitis.  I would recommend seeing a gastroenterologist about this to get evaluated.  Good luck.

Yes I agree it could be diverticulitis. But it sounds more like crohn s or colitis.
With diverticulitis the pouch normally will empty on its own and the symptoms will fade after. But not always.
If you have pain and cramps all the time, and now puss and blood. Get to a doctor A.S.A.P. Too many things could be wrong.
Keep an eye on your tempature until you get to a hospital.
