question about pyloric stenosis in adults

I am 34 and recently had an EGD done and was diagnosed with pyloric stenosis. The doctor could not get the scope through and had to balloon it open to continue the procedure. I had found this post to be very insightful but was wondering in any of you have had the laproscopic procedure to tear the pyloris a small amount. I haven't decided whether to go ahead with the surgery until I heard other's opinions that have dealt with the same problems. I am so tired of years of feeling bloated and lethargic from what I guess is carrying around so much food in my stomach.  I really don't realize I am hungry until I am about to pass out. Do any who have been diagnosed with ps have any feedback for me?
