rashes with abdominal pain

I'm having rashes on my face and feeling a moderate abdominal pain. I've always been hypersensitive since childhood. I've been diagnosed as having GERD. I've applied lemnis cream on my face and drank anti histamines already but it seems that it has not been subsiding. The rashes are persistent for 4 days now and the abdominal pain has been persistent for 2 days.

What kind of rash is it ,big wheals as in Urticaria or small rash? lower stomach ? left or right side?
