removal of gallbladder

i got a removal of gallbladder a couple of days ago. last night i got a severe pain in my chest and lasted 5 minutes.
could you please tell me what was the reason?

I had my Gallbladder removed last wed and I am having the same problem. I also feel dizzy and like i am going to faint.
