When I turn to my right side or wipe myself after going to the bathroom, i have sometimes have severe right side spasms.  At times I feel like something might be protruding too.  The severity of these spasms are becoming more frequent and harder to control...vomiting, nausia, light headed then very tired.  There is at times a lingereing pain sensation for 2 to 3 days.

I would recommend you see a gastroenterologist about this to get those hernias looked at in more detail.

Yes, they say everything is normal, one doctor stated I have 2 hernias one by my rib cage and one by my belly button.
