right side stomach pain, but no gallbladder
My past: I had my gall bladder out a year ago, I have daily chronic headaches and take indomethacin and protonix daily. I recently had a scope and the ulcer in my stomach was gone, just inflammation present. My problem: I have pains on my right side under the rib cage. Sometimes dull, achy, but also sometimes sharp pains. I also have nausea, no vomiting,  and decreased appetite. I had my vitamin b12 checked and that is normal. What else could it be?

I also forgot to mention that I had awhile back bllod present in my stool and it was darker than normal. That what brought on the scope. I am having a colonoscopy in two weeks.
