I thought you could, but I would want to avoid all the additional food dyes and artificial flavorings.  It also has dextrose, which is a form of corn sugar, and that ingredient is near the top of the list.

I'm not sure how much the limit is for how much you can take when pregnant.  That might be different than for other people.  See if you have a community nurse advice line in your area and call that number to see if you can find out there how much you can take.  These lines are generally open during the hours that doctors offices are closed.  They're also usually connected with on call obstetricians for pregnant mothers.  I'm sure that is generally a number to call when in labor, but don't hesitate to call at any time you have a question of this nature, since you obviously are having symptoms while being pregnant, too.

While you're at it, ask about the upper limit for magnesium that you can take while pregnant.  One thing I found that is very helpful for the entire digestive tract is magnesium.  It helps with the lower GI, of course, but I noticed that it also helps a great deal with the GERD as well.  While you are asking about magnesium, ask about vitamin D.  It's actually hard to overdose on vitamin D, because most of us are deficient to some degree, but we're also usually deficient with magnesium as well.

Also, go to the Vitamin D Council's website.  There they should have plenty of useful information for pregnant women.  This will give you very good information for both the vitamin D and the magnesium even for pregnant women.  Compare the information on the website with what the nurse advice line tells you.  I do know that it's even hard to overdose on vitamin D for pregnant women, because I remember reading that often the mother is already deficient herself, so the baby is also born deficient.  In today's world this is more often than not.
