same here

I get bouts of this from time to time. Inhalers don't help too much and indigestion tablets help a bit. I have found that dairy food and onions set me off. Also strong coffee is bad too. I did the Addenbrouke diet which was supervised by my NHS Dietician. (Exclusion Diet).
It hasn't cured me but made a big difference.
