ok like u all i have been haveing the same problem.... some things i have noticed

1. my saliva is extra foamy, alot more fomy than normal, and i am a vegitarian (been one over 3 years now)

2.i dont have any gastric pains what so ever, i just burb.

3. i notice i get relly sick to my stomach when i smell exaust from a car go by, well relly any gas what so ever.

4. its not constant, it changes from day to day, im 30 years old and have been going threw this very same problem for over 5 months now.

5. im in good health, before this happend i was very recreational, i jogged like 3+ miles a day and lifted weights, now a days its not that i dont feel good its just i dont feel right, not so much gastric but i feel light headed and somewhat under RELLY light anestetic like.

6. i purp so much that my mouth gets watery like exsaust from a car,  dont know if i experience that cause i dont eat grease relly but even as a vegitarian i can vomit and have acid reflux, but this is not acid reflux this is something else.

7. i have been also noticing something strange about my feet esp at night time when i lay down, its like needles or something another.

maby theres mole's under my skin that fart in my body which make's me burp????????

It may be a Helycobacter pylori infection of your stomach, which is btw, really common, and causes burping. Diagnose is by a BREATH TEST, which is simple and non-invasive. Treatment is with one week antibiotics, healing is usually successful.

Lightheadedness (maybe also a hangover feeling?) may be from acetaldehyde which is produced by H. pylori bacteria.

Needles?
Only when laying down, and only in one feet? No pain? Have you lifted something heavy, are you're a truck driver or you sit in the office all day? It may be a discus hernia and pinched sciatic nerve.
