scope showed nothing. It has on for at least 4 mths and the sensation is getting stronger. Like everyone who had this symptom, the biggest concern is that of cancer. But lucky for me, I am sure it isn't but this sensation is downright irritating and I am still concerned.
The GP and the ENT specialist aren't giving me a good answer with the ENT citing stress to be a reason. So far after reading the internet for 2 days, nobody isn't able to give any good answer.
But nevertheless's post above caught my attention, because I have the same suspicion that such a localized and persistent feeling could be due to the nerve being pressed by some other bodily inflammation. Now I am wondering if the inflammation is caused by an enlarged artery.
I am no doctor and will probably bring this up on my next visit to the doctor. I also hope to hear about the comments from the others.
