severe gasteric problem

Hi! I am Sunil,35 years old married.Height 6ft weight 95 kgs.Im having severe gastric oroblem and very severe pain in my upper part of stomack just near my left side of my rib cage.sometimes it revolvesin my whole stomack.I am daily drunker no symptems of constipition,lots of gas pass in the early hours of mornings also find some noise in my throught when i m empty stomak in the morfning.please suggets me what should i do i have already done a ultra sound its clear.am facing this pain from last 7-8 months.
