severe stomach pains and diarrhea

I am a 26 y.o. female.  Not pregnant, and I have had diarrhea and sever stomach pains for almost a week now. It only feels normal a few hours a day, but mostly I feel like crap. Sometimes I even get some back pain. I eat normal and excersie regularly.

It's on and off all day, but the pain is getting worse. Laying down is not even helping.

Thanks for the advice. I woke up the next day and was feeling a lot better. No diarrhea for a few days, but today when i went number 2 (sorry for the gross details) a bunch of mucus-like stuff came out. no poop, just mucus. and it was a bunch. no pain though, like it just slid out.
