severely painful stitch on my seton...

Hi, i have had crohns for 3 years. had an abcess (abscess) while 7 months preg in october. Had it drained but it failed to stop leaking. had another op recently (no longer preg) to have seton fitted. told i have to wait 2 months b4 its removed. However i have been living on co-codomol as the pain is so unbearable, i have trouble sitting down and can't walk properly. I'm convinced its the stitch thats getting caught and pulling, and not the band. i have a sort of nappy rash due to the large amount of leaking. It makes me cry, i'm not sure what to do. i want to hang in there and get the problem solved but its bad. especially wen going to the loo, which happens frequently due to the crohns.  Does anyone have any advice? would be very grateful.
