sgpt count 220

Hi My wife( 24 years, became mother one month back) is having an sgpt count 200  & bilirubin count 1.6, when diagnosed.
She recently had a pain in the right side, under the chest and used pain killers to get relief.
Doctor suggested that it will come down by itself & asked her to take rest and have low fat foods.
What her present condition? Is that a point of concern?
What does the sgpt count refers?
