side pain, nausea, diarrea(diarrhea)

I am a 38 year old female with right side pain, nausea and diarrea (diarrhea).  I'm also having a little pain in my mid-section, just below my breastbone.  I do have a hiatal hernia.  I just began taking Omeprazole 3 days ago.  Prior to that I was taking Pepcid...both for the hernia and related issues (heartburn, some chest discomfort).  Yesterday the pain in the right side was moderate to severe..close to my hip bone.  I kept feeling a sensation like a baby kicking.  The diarrea (diarrhea) started this morning.  The side pain is better but not gone.  I'm now having moderate cramping in low middle abdomen.  This just started since the diarrea (diarrhea).  Also doing a lot of belching.   Have a bit of a "bile" taste in my mouth off and on for about a week now.

I have no appendix and no gall bladder.  I have no fallopian tubes and am not pregnant.

Help?  What could be going on?
