Hello - thanks for asking your question.
You note gas type pains in the right lower abdomen. Xrays and CT scans are non revealing. Liver enzymes are normal. You note a yellow tinge to your skin.
Causes include malabsorption, inflammatory bowel disease, gastroenterolitis or colorectal cancer. More atypical causes include dyspepsia (although more common on the upper abdomen).
The yellow tinge may be indicative of jaundice, although you note normal liver function tests. A CT scan you mentioned was normal.
Considering your history of lymphoma, I would pursue some sort of endoscopy. Likely a colonoscopy given your right lower quadrant symptoms. Other tests to consider include an upper endoscopy to evaluate for dyspepsia or a fecal fat test to evaluate malabsorption.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
