You might try taking simethiconeSimethicone Simethicone, usp as the bottle directs and see if it helps, in case it is gas pockets getting caught (I had this problem upper right abdomen as a teen). The gall bladder is also on the right side.
What you don't want to do is diagnose yourself. I think it's more likely a gallbladder problem than liver, but a doctor should determine that for you with lab work and a physical exam. Either way, you don't want to let it go so make an appointment.
If the pain gets worse after you eat a fatty meal, that's another indication of trouble with the gallbladder. If you've had hepatitis for 4 weeks, you'd likely be showing signs of jaundice by now - yellow skin and whites of your eyes.
